looks like tom cruise is making a few strides in an effort to restore his overall public image which has been in a steady downward decline since he first hooked up with katie holmes - after going off on brooke shields in a crazy tirade a few months ago for her use of antidepressants (scientology doesn't support the use of such things) he has now apologized to ms. shields...in person! when on 'the tonight show' last week, she told jay leno that he just dropped by her house...and through it all, i was so impressed with how heartfelt it was. and i didn't feel at any time that i had to defend myself, nor did i feel that he was trying to convince me of anything other than the fact that he was deeply sorry. and i accepted it... but i highly doubt she invited him in for tea!
boy tom does have a lot of leg work cut out for him - even rosie o'donnell ditched him for nip/tuck's julian mcmahon...i fell in love with julian mcmahon while taping this show, i still love my old tommy, but julian is gorgeous – he’s my new tommy! notice how she refers to mr. cruise as her 'old tommy' - he sure is trying to do a rewind to the 'old tommy' ASAP...popbytes over & out for now - xxoo!
PS even though he apologized tom does still stand by his position...he has not changed his position about antidepressants, which as evidenced by the black label warnings issued by the FDA on these types of drugs, are unhealthy
