Christina has had that arm tattoo for quite awhile now. First she got the "89" which is actually a combination of two hebrew letters "yud" (Y) and "bet" (B), yud is used in hebrew b/c there isn't a letter J so the two hebrew letters together are in english "JB" which are the initials of her husband and overall cutie Jordan Bratman.
The red text above and below the two symbols are the spanish words "Te Amo Siempre" which means "I love you always" in Spanish. A really cute tattoo if I do say so myself!
