hey kids! for those of you who care…jessica simpson is premiering her brand new video tomorrow (on TRL & overdrive) for her mediocre summer single a public affair which i will admit that i actually turned up last night while i was driving so i guess it’s a very tiny (super small) drop infectious…here are two interview snippets to hold you over until the premiere…popbytes over & out for now!












On Wednesday, July 19th, Jessica Simpson will premiere the video for her new single “A Public Affair” on TRL at 3:30 ET/PT. After that you can head over to MTV Overdrive to see it again, since that will be the only online site to see the video on-demand for 24 hours after the on-air premiere. The video features some of Jessica’s friends like Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest, and Christina Applegate.

    I think this song is one of Jessica’s best, because its different then her usual ballads, and a great dance song. The video is great, and Jess looks terrific, everyone looks great. Andy Dick is so funny, & the guy in it is gorgeous. Love the video and the song. Go Jessica!

    Really, you guys found this song to be “her best”? I think it stinks. It doesn’t show off jessica’s amazing talent, but sounds more like a Britney Spear’s synthesized rip off. Anyone could sing it. I know the pop music radio stations in St. Louis are really slamming Jess for this subpar debut. I mean, you would think after her damaged reputation from the divorce she’d at least come out with something awesome. Sadly, I think Nick’s song is actually better, and that isn’t saying much!

    Okay, help me out with the cast here. Ryan Seacrest is the driver. Andy Dick is the guy behind the counter at the skating rink. The girl that played Kelly in Married With Children.
    Now who are the other two girls in the car and the guy at the skating rink in the white shirt who is drop dead good looking?
