It's no wonder Richie turned to Denise. I think Denise may be one of the only people who sees Heather for what she is....spiteful, vindictive and most importantly SELFISH.

What makes me SICK about Heather is she is not actually dragging Richie through a custody case (she is asking for joint legal custody) but she IS using the child against him by saying that he should only have visitation. She did this singularly to hurt him and now pulls stunts like this to fully distance the child from her father; watch Mommy get rid of the last bit of Daddy.

Richie did NOT cheat on Heather. He has stated this categorically and Denise has as well. The time scales don't work any other way, as Heather and Denise were together on New Years Eve and Heather and Richie separated on Dec 26th, so Denise did NOT cause the end of their marriage. Richie then went back on the road so there is just no way.

As for David Spade, he was WITH Heather and Denise on New Years Eve. So I'm inclned to believe that if ANYONE was cheating it was Heather and I stick to that.

I'm not giving Heather any breaks, she doesn't deserve them but that is just my opinion. If anyone has any explaining to do to their daughter, its Heather because SHE is the one taking Ava away on holidays 2 days after her father returns from being on the road for a month. SHE is using that child against Richie to hurt him as much as she can.

Heather is class? Look who's doing her......Dork-God David Spade. Who's gonna want her after that? Only the freaks can stand in line. Heather was seen ON TOP of David Spade, rigorously kissing HIM (people seeing her couldn't believe it was she that was the aggressor) & all this prior Denise/Richie. Richie doesn't want her either, he's so over her, and he's proved it. You can think retribution, but it's really called "so long, moving on." It was Heather who was trying to reconnect after she saw that she had pushed him too far, but oh, Richie was already seeing Denise in private! Once again, this will be the BIGGEST regret of Heather's life and now she can reflect on the ramifications of her emotional abuse. Heather lost big time & she's alone.

Heather has proven her class over and over again, you haven't seen her on interviews airing dirty laundry like Denise has. Futhermore, I have read on several discussion boards where Charlie met Denise. Denise has not disputed it once in all of her cheap interviews, trying for her 15 minutes of fame.

It doesn't take a genius to see that Denise wasn't giving cheap interviews. TMZ practically trapped her in an elevator & she was VERY careful what she revealed. Then she allowed ET to interview her for promo of pussycat program, there again she was careful what she said & this was the time for her to clear up "some" of the mess. I count TWO brief interviews, that doesn't constitute "all those interviews." Ms. Genius, it's the TV program that does the editing to make several shows of it. And it's not Richie that has prevented her from further interviews, she's never been one to be out there to give interviews on private life; this is proof of when Charlie went off the deep end, she didn't go to press (she went to the law). I'm not pro-Denise & not agreeable that one should go w/ex-friend's partner, but in this case, a BIG "amen" directed towards Heather, karma baby! Heidi Fleiss info is unwarranted & even Charlie has informed the public where he met Denise, so work on that genius. I do have to agree that I also don't think Richie & Denise will make it, but it shook Heather's cage & she had it coming (if Heather is smart, she'll take from this experience that you just don't spit on people that only love you & all your faults). I am so in agreement with you about EVERYTHING. Have people forgotten Heather's Howard Stern interviews? Where she would talk about Richie's penis and then say ''that DIDN'T come out of my mouth'' and ''he has a daughter''

Yeah right, HE has a daughter, is an outstanding father to her as EVERYONE who has seen him with her says, and you are no mother to her because you wouldn't be going on national radio talking about the size of her father's penis otherwise. Yet Denise has no class? I haven't heard her say things like that about Charlie...

Secondly, Heather has SAID that she will marry ''again and again'', that is part of her gameplan...she divorces when her career stalls. On this occasion, however, she didn't get the sympathy she felt she deserved when she left Richie so she used THIS situation to manipulate the public. The only thing I disagree with you about is her finding a man who will support her AND Ava....Heather will NEVER find a man who will support her as much as Richie did, simple fact, and Ava will remain MORE THAN SUPPORTED in EVERY way by her father.

How many father's do you know are confident enough to bring their child away on their own for three weeks, let alone on tour with a rock band?! It's just incredible and a testament to him that he cares THAT MUCH about her, and that he AND Heather are confident enough in the people around Bon Jovi that she is able to go. They as a band should be very proud, and I'm guessing Jon bon Jovi IS proud because it was him who mentioned it.
