Who says he doesn't love Heather anymore? I bet if she wanted him he would be back in a heartbeat and Denise ditz would be history. Denise is sooo desperate. John Stamos dumped her and the same month she hits on Richie....can't she go without a man? Leaves her children twice within two weeks to trot after Richie. I live in Westlake Village and I have seen both her and Heather around town. Heather is as nice as can be..but Denise thinks it's all about her!. Wonder what's going to happen when he wants to go to Ava's baseball games or school functions and Denise won't be welcome!! Considering Heather filed for divorce and he found out about it on tv, i'd say he has a right to move on.

I'm a "Team Richie" supporter.. i hope he finds happiness wherever or with whomever that is , cause he's a great guy.

I'd been watching Heather & Richie for the last year; Heather was treating Richie so badly. He always had the best to say about her; in all the past 11years, only heard ONE time when Heather said something nice about him (when you read articles featuring Heather, it was always about her & her career). And you'd think she'd even consider having another child for Ava's sake but I think Heather too self-centered. Richie always having to kiss her ass to make her happy & I think this last tour, he wasn't giving in to her, made her mad. Heather then made several attempts to make him jealous (while he was on tour, she leaked info to tabloids that she was out partying, even mentioning Tommy Lee) & didn't work & then files for divorce so that Richie has to find out during an interview on air. She humiliated him in front of America! He was good to her, he spoiled her, gave her what she wanted & then couldn't control him when he went on tour (he wouldn't quit BJovi for her). So then....let's try to imagine what Denise tells Richie that he didn't know, all the smack Heather was saying 'n doing. Such a relief that he got his cool back & ends up w/Heather's close friend - yea! Payback's a dog! I have my respect back in Richie (cuz really, Heather was treating him badly & saying not-so-good stuff about him in her magazine articles). So now that she's hanging w/that ewww David Spade, Richie in the Mediterranian w/Denise & then w/her in Paris (this is where Richie & Heather were married). I luv it!

I just think this woman is a total manipulater! I bet she had a hand in encouraging Heather in filing for divorce. They were close friends until at least New Years Eve, wasn't it mentioned somewhere that they spent the evening with each other,and then I see Ms. Richards at the L.A. Bon Jovi concert on March 3rd only 1 month after Heather filed for divorce totally making eyes at Richie. She was standing right across the aisle from me and I mentioned to the person I was with how inappropiate that I thought that was that she would be there. Would you go to your good friends husband's job and hang out with him shortly after you friend files for divorce?
Then we hear that they're a couple. Surprise, Surprise! Denise is even taking to wearing the sweater around the waist thing like Heather often does and wearing cross necklaces like Richie.... Just weird to me.

You know lets get back to reality here. When it comes to women and friendship a TRUE FRIEND would NEVER go out with an Xhubby/Xboyfriend.

I agree, u really shouldn't go w/her friend's ex. But something so severe/hurtful had to have happened that Heather hurt Richie with. More than just filing for the divorce, something else occurred that he ended up w/Denise to "finally end" his marriage. And Heather had been treating him just awful; she must have dishonored him beyond repair. I really believe that by filing for divorce, Heather was grasping at something for further control & this was just to shake Richie, but then it took another spin. Heather has now lost the man that was SO good to her, he would do anything just to make her happy, now she's alone! And Richie in Paris w/Denise (he married Heather in Paris!), this is a blow! Probably one that Heather deserved & I'm ecstatic that he FINALLY gave her back some of the crap she was dishing out. This will be the BIGGEST regret of Heather's life, she lost someone that would have gone to the moon & back for her. You go, Denise & Richie!

It doesn't matter what Heather supposedly did to Richie-he could have chosen ANY other woman to get back at her but stooped to her level instead and looks like a total ass!

Jon's probably not smiling because he can't stand this kind of BS in his band and probably not happy with Richie's actions or all this media crap surrounding it. Denise is dumb to let Richie use her to get back at Heather. And if she was a true friend, she would've kept her mouth shut and moved on from these two being that she and Heather were no longer friends. Why be such a troublemaker? So we're to believe that Heather was so awful that Denise was compelled to spill and felt bad for Richie? Yeah right! What happened was probably Heather bragging how good he was in bed and Denise decided she wanted some of that action for herself.

Besides, 11 years is a hell of a long time to be married and maybe Richie was an ass when nobody was looking and that's why Heather treated him so. Look how he's manipulated the situation so far and gotten sympathy. He could very well be a real jerk behind closed doors but nobody knows because his wife isn't dishing unlike other people who file 17 page declaration whining and exposing their mate's mistakes and airing dirty laundry.

Yeah I hope he marries the bimbo and she'll take his money and do him wrong the same once she gets bored and tired of slipping him Geritol.
