hey hey! how was everyone's monday? so i wanted to start off with my two humble cents on the whole
madonna tour coming down the pike! so yes i would love to see it just like
everyone else - but i will tell you i did see her
drowned world tour back in sept '01 - i was supposed to go on 9/11 but it got postponed until the 16th - i had paid close to 700 bucks for 2 tickets - the seats were
just okay and overall i had a horrible time! partly due to the very new & sad shock of 9/11 of course...but the other part was just sheer
disappointment from a concert so timed down to the second that if anyone took a mis-step the whole show could have been in shambles plus her live singing attempts
sometimes just don't cut it at all - yeah yeah yeah whatever so i am griping but after that i said no more large stadium shows - they are just way too orchestrated - planned & staged (i prefer smaller intimate concerts) - so i resigned myself to not get all wrapped up in trying to get myself some tickets (which are so scarce to begin with) - and i will wait for the DVD which will be the best view in the house when all is said & done - plus i really look forward to all the fun blogged experiences bound to come from seeing ms. madge live - i did it once - i am happy (but yeah if anyone has a spare ticket - i will consider going...) so anyways moving on here is my latest round of some fun bloggy items i thought worthy & notable (to popbytes at least...) please do enjoy - popbytes over & out for now...xxoo!
