 | hey hey boys & girls - so tonight i was kinda stumped with what to post on - so i thought to just try out a new weekly column called pop whatevers - where i will link to some of the 'best of the best' pop content going around the hottest blogs on the scene today - i try not to read too many other blogs so i can just keep treading head on with my own original pop instincts with regards to what to post on but gosh there are sure some great other blogs around & i do admit (guilty as charged) to visiting a handful on a daily basis (sometimes more than once!) - so tonight to jump start 'pop whatevers' i have decided to list & review the top ten blogs that i check almost everyday and you should too! you gotta stay pop informed people!

miu von furstenberg & her blog - she for me seriously truly defines what blogging is
all about - a little personality added with some great posts goes a long way...plus she was gracious enough to let me design her site header - i do love helping out my fellow bloggers as many of you know and i do think i have some design chops to prove it - it is all about about good blogosphere karma! rock on my miu - you are a pop inspiration!

this is a fairly new blog on the scene - it calls itself the blog for 'gays & lesbians' but they always post such great content - that i would call it a blog for just about everyone - and editor
bradford shellhammer is so damn witty and in my humble opinion incredibly cute! (i do know he is taken as am i but you can always have a small blog crush right?) i just have to figure out how i can get listed in their oh so elite blogroll...bradford

You gotta love a blogger with the exact same initials as popbytes - i am MJK and another oh so damn sassy MJK runs this this massively fresh updated site - and any site with a hot tagline 'sex, drugs & gossip' is a complete must vist in my book - and the site's design is for sure a big step above the rest - this boy is on fire! much love to my d-listed buddy - keep up the good work! ;)

this is a hot site - always fresh & hot - plus they sure have sent me some quality traffic - the design is so inviting and very color coordinated - always packed with the latest fresh pictures of all the celebs we obsess over and i just adore the site's name since hollywood is really just one
big ass ego battle - i have never seen or heard
so much bullshit in all my life as i have during my days of living in los angeles - NYC is a safe comfy place compared to the perils that exist all over LA...that ever sunshine does seem friendly but don't let that trick you!

this is one of the smartest blogs out there and they sure do things right - main man
michael prieve sure does keep things interesting - so many links & so little time - i love this site - keep on rocking it my fellow pop-addicted friends - the pop blog community wouldn't be the same without 'ya! and i think we should talk soon as i would love to help contribute to your glorious pop venture! say the word and i am there!

oh i do love these boys - besides producing amazing & interesting documentaries & TV shows - they upkeep the hands-down the
most original blog that i visit - always wildly random and very refreshing - i can promise you that you won't see fresh content like theirs on any other site - i so wanna be a guest on their weekly podcast - these boys banter like no one's business - and i so love that sexy mr.
james saint james - they sure did break the mold when they made him and if he was ever interested in some pro-bono design work for his own site yet to be launched...he need look
no further than popbytes and i am right up the block! speaking of help WOW itself does need some design lovin' itself...

she is one of my local blogger friends - she is such a nice person & a great blogger plus she shares in many of my stupid (but not to us) obsessions - i have some friends that literally just
don't wanna hear about all things pop - but me and tabloid whore could be locked away in a padded room with straight jackets on for a week and they would still find us chatting about who really is the
nip/tuck carver - we are still both convinced
that we are dead on in our suspicions of nurse liz being the bad guy - only time shall tell

destined for fame - next time he flys his pop ass out to LA for all his big-wig meetings & parties - he better look popbytes up as promised (talk can be cheap trent...) - his site is celebrity eyecandy done best - additionally his sweet & oh so humble personality keeps him grounded in some form of reality - even as he did get his picture taken with madonna herself...i wonder if he will ever make the big move from detroit to los angeles...

oh that perez - gosh he is on fire (aka fuego) at the moment but perez still does owe popbytes a lunch...we were
supposed to meet up at the griddle cafe on sunset but
someone did flake out...but i know he is a busy blogger at the moment bringing all the latest pop juice - so all is forgiven - i swear someone could write an academic thesis on the evolution of his blog from its conception to current semi-backlash - just don't forget us little people perez & do keep it real but

so there you have it - damn i wrote a long post - i apologize if anyone feels left out as that was not my intention of creating the above list - i do check into many other super blogs on a semi-regular basis and i will be linking to many more than the above list on my next monday 'pop whatevers' - so rock & blog on! i will be up

golden globes - shit i am such not a morning person but i can already make a few predictions but i am really too tired & wiped out to deal here - i just know
