oh my gosh! i hope you all caught the big reunion of oprah winfrey and david letterman last night on the late show over on CBS – oh i loved it – oprah looked great – and seemed quite comfortable and in a good mood – dave was on his best behavior and was very complimentary and gracious while she hung out for a while…
until oprah had to run down the street to make it the premiere of the new color purple musical – which oprah had a hand in producing – dave actually escorted her down the block on a red carpet – he teased her as they came out that it almost looked like they just got married as they ran out of the ed sullivan theater – a little rice was all that was needed – oprah promised to keep in touch – she would go to dave’s house & dave would go her house – etc etc – overall it was a great late show – and reminded me how sharp and witty letterman can be…and also made me again confirm my love of all things oprah…rock on – i will be back tonight!
