hey hey! gosh i hate mondays seriously - and i feel a little depressed today - not sure why - i guess i am always so very busy that after a while its starts to take its toll - but no worries - i do have some fun things coming up (like the big los angeles premiere of the latest harry potter flick next week - not sure how i got that invite but i did!) so i am not down & out for long...also i get 'perfomance anxiety' here on popbytes - i want to make sure i bring you all something good & entertaining everyday - i know there is a lot out there - but i figure if i at least touch base with you guys then i do feel better - plus writing popbytes is also a really great form of therapy - just letting it all flow on here - i think i already feel better just writing this post! rock on!
so i decided every monday - i will post a favorite .mp3 file of my choice - new or old not sure? but i will make it a good one! that will help to make mondays a drop brighter - plus i will name the post same as the track - so for my first MONDAY .MP3 i have decided to share the tori amos cover of boomtown ratsi don't like mondays (how appropriate for today) - taken from her album of covers of male songs strange little girls (pictured below - she dressed up as a different girl for each song - quite brilliant if i do say so myself!) i am so glad i thought of this track - as it sparked my new idea for chasing these monday blues away - plus it is so fitting that my dear tori amos track gave me the idea - she is my ultimate as we all know! anyways - popbytes out for now - and hopefully i can whip up something tomorrow for you all! xxoo
