after months & months (and months) of rumors - it is official! jessica simpson and nick lachey are split up! no surprise here - jessica had been seen without her wedding ring a few times as of late and has been flying solo & carefree to events (like sis ashlee's 21st birthday) - US Magazine broke the story this morning...sad (not really) but true - and we all know who will come out on top - jessica of course - so nick kiss any career you may have had goodbye - gosh this all feels so 'sonny & cher' let's just hope that cutie nick doesn't end up skiing into a tree - popbytes out for now!
