oh kids! it’s another musical oddity – this time the latest album from hottie faux “brother/sister” duo the white stripes just came across my pop plate – and gosh – it’s kinda neat! – weirdness and quirkiness abounds – a blend of rock/pop/country – and let’s not forget jack’s involvement with the legendary ms. loretta lynn (who doesn’t love sissy spacek as coal miner’s daughter – a true film classic) – so this album really seems to blend together a nice mix of rock & country that is quite unique – so rock on to the white stripes look for their album get behind me satan to hit stores june 7th (along with many others…) – popbytes out for now much love as always – xxoo!

hey y’all! i found a new album that i am completely obsessed with – if you don’t already know gorillaz you should – their latest album demon days is a sonic masterpiece in my humble opinion – it’s hard to explain/describe the music – a wild/weird blend of hip-hop, rock, pop, ambient, and dance, it’s like a great mixture – it’s also very cartoony and quirky (check the album cover below) – it’s just such an offbeat album that has me completely mesmerized – it just hit stores the other day – so do yourself a pop favor and check ‘em out – popbytes said so! much love on a saturday! xxoo
