oh one more time – dolly parton rules! and here is the latest musings from good pal dana – next week is the three hr finale! and look at dana’s doggie below – so cute! we all know popbytes just loves and lives for dogs! they are the best!
 | ah, so we’ve come to the semi finals of this season’s apprentice. when the episode started, we were down to four finalists: kevin, kelly, jennifer and sandy. it should have come to now surprise that the first to be let go was sandy. after a myriad of interviews by some of the world’s top CEOs and executives, none were too impressed by sandy’s bridal boutiques (and i’m sure listening to her whiney voice was no walk in the park either!). and that’s basically what happened. it was sandy’s lack of knowledge of the business world that had the four interviewers and Mr. Trump saying “you’re fired.” but i think what shocked me the most was the firing of kevin. he’s been a favorite of mine for a while. he’s smart, thinks on his feet and he has the morales and loyalty that most of the competitors lacked. but, it was is overzealous education and lack of any real world experience that concerned Trump. so, i’m sorry to have to say…but kevin was fired as well. and then there was two…kelly and jennifer. can i just say that the lack of personality and “oomph” is something to laugh about? i mean, first you have jennifer that’s a lot like barbi, she’s pretty, successful and has no personality whatsoever. and kelly…if it weren’t for his experience at west point and in the military he wouldn’t have a chance in hell to have gotten this far. now the two have to compete with 6 other previously fired apprentice competitors (chris, elizabeth, john, pamela, raj, stacy r.) to manage two very high-profile charity events. and this is about the time i went to sleep with the world’s worst head cold. i apologize…but we won’t know who’s the next apprentice until next week. will it be kelly (who i think needs to really mess up in order to be fired), or jen (because Trump is an equal opportunity employer and it’s about time a girl won)? to make up for such a short posting and for missing the last hour of the show…i give you frida, my chihuahua and baby…dressed up on halloween. |
