popbytes loves teachers

and oprah winfrey does too! im still reeling from yesterdays now infamous ‘oprah’s favorite things’
show – this year she surprised a whole audience of teachers! they were all tricked under the guise
of a show about education – but once the elves and xmas decorations hit the ground – i thought they
would have to call an ambulance – ok normally when you watch oprah – everyone is like out of their
minds – i mean hell i would be too! but when people are at the big yearly giveaway – excitement
doesnt quite do it – they are thrilled – thrilled – elated – out of their gourds – i swear popbytes
would pass out! the teachers got so many cool things – i was just so happy for them – a dell
flat-screen tv, sony vaio laptops, hot movado watches, maytag neptune washer & dryers, $800 – 990
thread-count williams & sonoma sheets – a getaway to an arizona spa with a friend – oh gosh popbytes
would love to be at that show – my good friend brent teased – this year teachers – next year
bloggers – come on oprah thats a great idea! if i could even attend one taping of oprah i think i
would be fulfilled for life! shes my favorite person ever – yes i will say it again!


oh it was a momentous day today! i got to meet two other fellow bloggers – friends of my gal cathy
from work – danielle and her hubby josh both run very cool sites! danielle tends to
celebrity-babies.com – and josh lovingly sows thefoodsection.com – danielle’s celeb baby site is a
treasure trove of all the celebs & their babes – i swear you think ‘oh is there that much going
on with celeb babies that it warrants its own site?’ – well hell yeah – you wouldnt believe how
much really does go on in celeb baby land! danielle was a sweetheart – we have been chatting for
almost a year by AIM – so it was great to finally put a face to the chat – rock on danielle – and

josh runs a premiere food site – that i just think is the cat’s meow – well designed – and cornering
a great niche – you should expect good things from here! so cathy and i decided that both danielle
and josh should both experience ‘musso & franks’ – an old-time hollywood restaurant (since 1919)
that is truly a step back in time – its like the perfect place to plot a murder – and danielle had
been reading some vintage crime novels as of late – and all the cops in los angeles headed there -
so twas a lunch date made in heaven! and next week i shall see danielle in nyc – and do an nyc
themed lunch! oh i just cant wait to get my paws back into the greatest city in the world (altho i want to live in LA)! popbytes out! xoxo!
