 TORI AMOS NEW DVD! | hey kids – gosh – im finally chilling out on the whole fallout – i feel like i have been in a stupor since 845pm last night – seriously – from gasping and jumping out of my chair – to tears – to anger – to online rantings – cursing – on a warpath – i scoured the AMERICAN IDOL message boards – i posted – i signed on-line petitions – i did all one can do – so i go to bed – devastated – i stroll to work – and i knew barry manilow would be playing in the courtyard – and i figured to round up the gang at work and head over that way – we all decided – and a smart move at this one – to snag a table at MERCADO – a nice little italian restaurant – right to stage left (i think thats right) anyways – i had excellent steamed mussels – and a great salad with shaved parmesean that made it all the better |
- this is all around 1145 this am – so we just lucked out – had a great lunch and front row seats to barry and then – oh my gosh – jennifer hudson is going to do a duet with barry! oh this was just the best news – and dudes let me tell you – it looked amazing on tv – but the energy in the courtyard was electrifying – you could feel the love for jen hudson – and the voice of hers – and angel – sounded glorious in the courtyard – it was the best! i got some GREAT video footage and cathy nabbed some great stills – with ricks very cool camera (btw rick my mgr at work just got a toyota prius – and let me tell you folks – its earth day – and you all need to investigate this ultra cool gas/electric hybrid – saves on the environment – and on yr gas money – i was AMAZED at how quiet – and hip and cool this car is! you go rick! tres cool and super!) so i will be posting some great quicktime clips and stills ASAP – so that was just a superb lunchtime treat! im calm – im cool – collected – but lets get to the important issues at hand… NEXT WEEK ON AMERICAN IDOL WE ALL NEED TO VOTE – AND VOTE HARDCORE – LIKE MEAN FUCKERS OUT FOR BLOOD! WE CANNOT – I REPEAT WE CANNOT LOSE ANOTHER DIVA – IT CANNOT HAPPEN AGAIN – THIS IS A SERIOUS WAKEUP CALL – THE NUMBER IS TOLL FREE – I PLAN TO HAVE 2 CELL PHONES GOING AS WELL AS A LANDLINE – WE ALL NEED TO BAND TOGETHER AND SERIOUSLY SAVE THE TALENT! I WILL KEEP REMINDERS GOING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK – AND MY NEWSLETTER IS ALMOST READY – AND I WILL DROP IT THIS WEEKEND – AND IT WILL HAVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT ON THIS – AND IM SENDING IT TO EVERY FUCKER I KNOW!
