amy winehouse – tears dry on their own – video!

UPDATE hey hey! this afternoon when i saw the new amy winehouse video – i simply had to toss it up ASAP but i actually find it a drop disappointing! the song is probably my favorite track off her back to black album which is still in heavy daily popbytes listening rotation since october (dudes – that’s like almost nine months of listening to an album and i’m still not sick of it…) i guess i was expecting too much – after all david lachappelle directed – you’d think it would knock your socks off but sadly that’s not the case! i would’ve scrapped the parts where amy is singing in a hotel room and opted for one continous shot of her walking down hollywood blvd while singing her tune! it’s still an awesome track but the video could have been way better! over the weekend i secured my tickets to ms. winehouse’s sept 18th show (which will be my second time seeing her live) down at the wiltern – plus cutie paolo nutini is opening! gosh i can’t wait – my pal joey and i are going to dance our asses off! popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!
