Amanda Seyfried refuses a parking ticket!

Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Seyfried was in London for the premiere of her new movie, Red Riding Hood, and was just leaving the theater to return to her car when an officer wrote her up for a parking violation. Now, most people would probably try to talk their way out of it, then just shrug it off, but not Amanda. No, she actually tried to chase the officer down and give him back the ticket, because it’s not like she has millions of dollars with which to pay a parking ticket.

The actress left the screening of Red Riding Hood in Leicester Square and was waiting in a parked car with a friend when a civil enforcement officer from Westminster Council approached the vehicle and stuck a penalty charge notice on the windscreen. Seyfried, who was sitting in the passenger seat, reacted angrily to the fine and was photographed tearing the ticket from the front of the car. She then handed it back to the stunned warden, saying, “Thank you but no thank you”, according to Britain’s Daily Mail. SOURCE

Yes, that’s right: She actually assumed the ticket was some sort of autograph request and then tried to give it back to him. Holy crap, this is either the saddest or most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen. Hey, just be thankful they didn’t write you up for making Red Riding Hood. God, that movie sucked. Apparently, they’re making a sequel that’s pretty much just ninety minutes of the cast and crew apologizing.
