Yesterday, reports went around claiming that Amanda Bynes walked around a New York tanning salon completely naked because this is what happens when you’re a featured player on All That. Well, Amanda isn’t too thrilled that those rumors are going around, and in a statement to Us Weekly, she says she’s not only suing In Touch over the report, but she would never walk around naked because she’s rich and retired. No, that logically makes sense.
“I’m suing In Touch for printing a fake story,” the furious star told Us Weekly Thursday. “I’m not ‘troubled.’ I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.” Bynes herself may not be troubled, but she’s got legal troubles a-plenty — the former What I Like About You star is currently facing a DUI, two hit-and-run charges, as well as two separate charges for driving with a suspended license.
Granted, this is the same woman who tried to have Barack Obama fire the police officer who arrested her for driving impaired, so I look forward to how she tries to rectify this …
Amanda: All right Mr. Lawyer Person, you have to help me beat In Touch over these untrue rumors.

Amanda: Shush, I’m consulting with my lawyer. What’s that? I need to follow my nose? Okay!
